Request Account Deletion

Use this page to confirm that you want the Habit Checklist team to delete your account and associated data.

Before you send the request

Include the email address connected to your Habit Checklist account.
After verification, we will process the deletion request and remove associated account data.
Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, or billing reasons.
This request is separate from unsubscribing from marketing emails.

Check the confirmation box, then send the prefilled email. The email opens in your mail app so you can add your account email before sending.
