Habit Checklist is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits through daily tracking, streak management, and productivity analytics. The Service includes both free and premium subscription options.

Account Registration

Premium Plan

  • Unlimited habit matrices
  • Ad-free experience
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Cloud synchronization across devices
  • Exclusive themes and customization options
  • Priority customer support

Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice.
  • Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
  • If payment fails, your premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
  • All prices are listed in your local currency where applicable.

Acceptable Usage

Permitted Use

  • Use the Service for personal habit tracking and productivity improvement.
  • Create and track legitimate, positive habits.
  • Share your progress and achievements within the app.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use the Service for illegal activities or purposes.
  • Do not upload, share, or store harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service.
  • Do not use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Do not create fake accounts or impersonate others.
  • Do not use the Service to track harmful or dangerous activities.

  • The Service and its content are owned by Habit Checklist and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

  • You can also request account deletion from the account deletion page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data after termination in accordance with our data retention policies.
  • Any prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
